Nick had a PET scan this day. We would get the results on Wednesday at the doctor’s office.
Instead she called us at 7am just as we are getting ready to leave….
“OMG there IS a God!!!
PET Scan came back with NO hot spots!!! None!!!
Instead of having to do chemo with a 3 week break then 5 weeks of chemo/radiation…he only has to do the chemo/radiation. This cuts down his treatment time by 1/2 to 2/3rds!!! This is AWESOME news!!”
Little did we know then what we know now. He wouldn’t ever feel as good as we did that day.
When you get news like that you feel elated as we did after the chemo and radiation. We had 3 months of waiting before the PET scan happened. No hot spots … good to go.

And Nick felt so good then. He’s getting yet ANOTHER Rx right now and on his way home from a 1:20pm doc appointment. They found NOTHING again. This is getting SO beyond old.

Weird. I wonder if he can be having pain from nerve damage. Neuropapthy?
Check this link, read it through:

It is regarding pain around the rib cage that no one can find a reason for.

I’m going to have him read this. Altho it seems like this is more in the chest cavity. His is like right behind where they radiated his stomach.
