It’s getting rather old. The water by my house has actually gone down and the creek is pretty much back within her banks. The rotting vegetation smell is not too bad because it gets chilly enough at night yet.

This lake, I mean field, is pretty much gone now. The swamps between my place and town have subsided.

Yesterday I went home with a headache. Took my Melatonin at 8:30pm figuring to drop off about 9:30pm. I think the ‘Tylenol’ I took messed with it because it was almost 11pm before I finally could shut the lights off. However I tossed and turned for another hour.

Gary and I are babysitting the two littlest bugs on Saturday. Both Mom and Dad have to work. Mom is working a Wild Game Feed and Dad works from 7pm till 6:30am. So I will also be in charge of giving Willa her heart meds. I’ve done it several times so I’m not too worried. When I asked Gary if he wouldn’t mind babysitting with me on Saturday, he immediately asked:  “Can I hold Willa??? I need to practice you know!” lol…Of course you can hon.

Last night, I got all kinds of smiles and stories! But as soon as I bring the camera out, she stops and just stares at the phone. I think I’m gonna have to have Mommy hide behind the couch and try to get it secretly. But that Willa, she’s pretty sharp! And is really noticing things now. She is almost 10 weeks old.

I sold a flattie last night. I’ll have a nice chunka change in my pocket on Saturday. I believe it is a 1949. I should pull the #’s and do some research. I have a second flattie I need to figure out the year on. And a third big one in the shed. Someone’s car needs a motor..

That’s $250 sitting right there. Wish someone would take it of my hands….lol! I want to pay off my car! Oh,and there are 2 or 3 more flatties in my garage. One of them is $1,300, rather rare little bird………………

Well……I’m not falling asleep on my keyboard like I did yesterday. Sheesh. I’m just shot. Tomorrow night is fish supper with another sister. I also have to do some grocery shopping for the cash strapped college grandson. He’s getting a couple bags full of stuff tomorrow night. He’s happy. LOL. Don’t take much!
