Zero Point Chili

For any of you who have followed WW (formerly Weight Watchers) , y’all know about ‘zero point foods’ Those are most of your vegies, chicken breasts and other misc items.
But this is my FAVORITE recipe:
If you don’t have a 6 qt crock pot…then I would mix all this up without the chicken breasts and divide in half.
Then put 3 breast in the bottom of a 4 qt crock pot, add half the mix, store the other half in the fridge.
Make the other half later (with in a few days). VERY freezable recipe.


5 Chicken Breasts (boneless and skinless) (do not cook first)
2 Onions diced

1 yellow pepper diced (i can’t eat yellow, orange or red so I just use 2 green)
1 green pepper diced

6 cloves garlic
3 fresh jalapenos diced
1 pint baby Bella mushrooms (get the already cut ones, more in the box that way)
6 cups tomato sauce
1 can tomato paste
2 – 15oz cans diced tomatoes
1 T salt
1 t pepper
1 T garlic salt
2 T Chili Powder
1 T smoked Paprika
1/2 t Turmeric
1/2 t cumin

2 T mustard (i use dry powder)
1 – 15oz can black beans
1 – 15oz can white beans
1 – 15oz can pinto beans

1 – 15oz can kidney beans
Place all in a 6QT crock pot.
4 – 6 hours on high
6 – 8 hours on low

Shred the chicken and mix well.


I can’t stop eating this once I start. It is VERY good.
