Day 3

Instead of sitting back in the lunchroom doing nothing, I take my protein shake and walk for 30 minutes. Today I had my ham wrap and walked for 20 minutes. I’m actually really enjoying this now that the weather is getting better. It’s a bit nippy out today but invigorating.

  1. I have a treadmill in the other room….which, when I didn’t have time? I was on all twice a day.
    Now that I’ve got nothing but time? I walk past that room quickly… without looking.

  2. I try to do some form of exercise daily but sometimes I’m too sore from the day before so I have to skip a day. My knees are the worst…and this rainy colder weather we are having doesn’t help. You go girl! thats the way to get it in…

  3. Too true..practise makes perfect. I’m walking heaps every day from 45 mins to an hour and a half..just to get out of my one bedroom apartment
