My daughter’s done one for a get together not too long ago. I did one a very long time ago before it was trendy and I’ve seen them on menus at restaurants. A friend and I ordered one a couple of years ago at a restaurant and had it for lunch. So, yes, it’s been trending for a few years. They are expensive to make, though; especially if you use quality ingredients. If done right, they look and are delicious! Because you eat with your eyes first! 🙂 M
